Jaeco Has Developed A Fast, Efficient Exchange System – Core Is The Raw Material Of Our Trade, It Keeps Our Production Moving. Thus It Is Necessary To Send Old Cores Against Products Bought When Buying A REBUILD® Product. We Understand In Some Cases It Is Not Possible To Send The Old Core Thus We Have Come Up With Two Products Categories One Priced With Exchange & One Without.
Core Acceptance
REBUILD® Offers High Quality Remanufactured Products .Therefore Useable Cores Are An Important Precondition For The Remanufacturing Plants. The Core Must Correspond To The Minimum Technical Requirements, Must Be Listed In The Exchange Assortment And Identifiable.
In Our Selection Stations We Check The Cores By Two Basic Rules:
1. The Core Is Identifiable And Listed In The Exchange Assortment*
2. The Core Corresponds To The Minimum Technical Requirements To Ensure The Usability For Remanufacturing.
The Minimum Technical Requirements Are In General 4 Principal Points:
o Complete (Accordingly To The Delivered Reman Unit)
o Not Dismantled
o No Mechanical Damage At The Housing
o No Heavy Corrosion
Core Surcharge
Without Exchange : No Surcharge As Old Core Not Required
With Exchange : A Customer Has An Option To Choose Between When The Old Injectors Can Be Sent Back .
Before Order Dispatch : Old Core Needs To Be Sent In Advance , When The Old Core Is Accepted , The Order Will Be Executed Within 24 Hours Of Receiving The Core. In A Scenario Where The Core Acceptance Is Not Meet The Customer Is Asked To Deposit A Surcharge Or The Order Can Be Cancelled As Well On Discretion Of The Customer.
After Order Dispatch : The Customer Needs To Deposit An Core Surcharge Which Is Refunded in 48 Hours Of Old Core Meeting The Core Acceptance Criteria , In A Scenario Where The Core Acceptance Is Not Meet The Surcharge Is Forfeited And Adjusted A Core Price. New Bill Will Be Provided With Updated Costs.
